We start with a call – in person or via video. Whether you’re relocating to Brisbane from interstate or overseas, we’ll start with your budget, the areas you’re considering, lifestyle priorities, school zones, must-haves. The more detail, the better.
I search, inspect and report back
I search on and off market, inspect every shortlisted property personally, and give you an honest assessment of each one – what it’s worth, what I like, what concerns me.
I handle everything through to settlement
Once you’ve chosen, I manage the offer, negotiation or auction, due diligence and contracts, all the way through to keys in hand.
