About Sam Price
I’ve spent 25 years in Brisbane’s property market as a Registered Property Valuer, Town Planner, and Buyer’s Agent. That combination of skills is rare, and it makes a real difference to the clients I work with.
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Property Studies), a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Master’s in Professional Accounting. As a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland, I’m licensed through the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland to independently assess what a property is actually worth, something most buyer’s agents simply can’t do.
I live in Ashgrove with my family, and I’ve been buying property in Brisbane’s inner west for over two decades. I know these suburbs – every street, every school zone, every pocket that’s undervalued and every one that’s overpriced. That local knowledge isn’t something you can manufacture.
Over my career I’ve helped clients purchase more than $300 million worth of property. Those clients include first home buyers, families upsizing, investors buying from interstate, people downsizing and expats returning to Australia who need someone on the ground they can trust completely.
