My due diligence covers four areas: assessing the property’s value in the current market; inspecting the physical condition; reviewing encumbrances on the title; and assessing the location’s positives and negatives. I provide a full written summary of findings, plus copies of all searches – typically covering flooding, sewerage lines, stormwater, character overlays, zoning, flight paths, school catchments, overland flow, traffic, building approvals, body corporate, and renovation cost estimates where relevant.
