Do you only buy in Brisbane's inner west?
No. I am based in Ashgrove and know the inner west best, including Ashgrove, Bardon, Paddington, The Gap, Red Hill and Auchenflower, but I buy for clients across greater Brisbane.
What is different about working with you?
I am both a Buyer’s Agent and a Registered Property Valuer with 25 years of experience. That means I can tell you what a property is actually worth before you make an offer, not just help you find it. I have purchased over $300 million in property for clients.
How long does it take to buy a property with you?
Most clients are under contract within three to ten weeks of engaging me. Buyers searching on their own typically take around nine months.
