  • Undertake in house due diligence
  • Determine if target property meets all the requirements of the client

If Property Going to Auction – Third Party Due Diligence

  • Arrange legal & contract review
  • Arrange building & pest inspections
  • Arrange strata reports if required
  • Review due diligence documentation
  • Report to client on findings

Undertake Negotiation or Auction Bidding

  • Determine target range
  • Determine contractual terms i.e. deposit, settlement length, conditions & entity name
  • Develop negotiation strategy

 Third Party Due Diligence

  • Arrange legal & contract review
  • Arrange building & pest inspections
  • Arrange strata reports if instructed
  • Review Due Diligence material
  • Report to client on findings

Settlement

  • Conduct a pre-settlement inspection
  • Manage settlement process

Secure Tenant or Move In

  • Advertise the property for rent and secure a suitable tenant OR
