Inspections & Reporting

If Property Going to Auction – Third Party Due Diligence
- Arrange legal & contract review
- Arrange building & pest inspections
- Arrange strata reports if required
- Review due diligence documentation
- Report to client on findings
Undertake Negotiation or Auction Bidding
- Determine target range
- Determine contractual terms i.e. deposit, settlement length, conditions & entity name
