Queensland legislation allows the buyer or the buyers representative to undertake a pre-settlement inspection of the property. We arrange this and undertake this on your behalf (you are welcome to attend), usually 2-4 days prior to settlement. If you are unable to attend, we send you a video of the property for your interest and should any further work or removal of items be required prior to settlement, we instigate this with the agent and or solicitor.
