Simply, the property manager or buyer’s agent who has responsibility for your property, will also be the person who undertakes the inspections, arranges any work to be carried out and liaises with all parties.

Comprehensive Inspections

We undertake thorough and regular property inspections and provide you with a detailed, full colour report with recommendations—you are also welcome to attend the inspection. By acting proactively to minimise the cost of potential repairs and renovations, owners can be reassured their asset will be well maintained into the future.

Optional Fortnightly or Monthly Disbursement

To improve cash flow, we give clients the option to receive their rental disbursements fortnightly or monthly—a simple, proactive option that can provide the benefits of compound interest. We can also facilitate the payment of Council rates, water and sewerage levies, and body corporate fees, at no additional expense to the owner.

Tenant Relationships

Tenants prefer independently managed properties as it provides a more professional service without any emotional complications. Templeton Property maintains proactive relationships with tenants and is highly experienced in the prompt collection of rent and credit control.
