Simply, the buyer’s agent or property manager who has responsibility for your purchase and property, will also be the person who undertakes the inspections, arranges any work to be carried out and liaises with all parties.
Detailed Reports, Videos & Inspections
We undertake thorough and regular property inspections and provide you with a detailed, full colour report with recommendations—you will also be invited to attend the inspections. Buyer’s Agency clients also receive videos of properties being considered.
Tenants prefer independently managed properties as it provides a more professional service without any emotional complications. Templeton Property maintains proactive relationships with tenants and is highly experienced in the prompt collection of rent and credit control.
Maintenance and Repairs
All properties require repair and maintenance work at times and Templeton has access to a network of proven tradespeople who provide high quality workmanship, at competitive prices. We’re also more than happy to provide work to a contractor of your choice, if you prefer.
