It was 1996 that the founders of Templeton Property first started privately managing the property assets of family and close friends of the family, whilst working as property valuers and consultants to leading Australian banks and government bodies.
Over the following decade and a half, the portfolio of properties under management has steadily grown along with their private Valuation and Property Consultancy. During this time, additional services including buyer’s agent and advocacy, divestment advice and portfolio review were offered and a loyal clientele of investors formed. In mid-2011 it was decided to rebrand the Property Management & Advisory Services section of the business to Templeton Property and offer the highly specialised residential property management and buyer’s agent and advocacy business to the general public. Since then, the company has continued providing leading property management and associated advisory services to existing and new clients throughout South East Queensland.
